Now that the site is starting to take shape - when I'm not wokring on my other sites - it pays to have a look at your statistics occasionally.
You get the usual details, how many people have passed through, are the search engines looking correctly, are any pages broken, have any naughty children been attempting an attack, what people search for.
Using AWStats, I get some feedback on search results that have prompted people to click to my site - with the weirdest being this: "what do the crowd chants before battle in braveheart"?
. . . .. well, how Google linked my site to that search phrase I may never know - but it beats the obiligatory "Summer Nude Pics" I have to contend with on the Summer Glau site. Like I'd share if I had anything like that!
